MAIN AREAS OF PRACTICE

Mammology

Mammology covers the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of breast diseases.

You should consult a doctor if you notice lumps, pain, changes in the shape or contours of the breast, nipple discharge, as well as any other suspicious changes.

During the appointment, the following may be performed:

• clinical examination;
• ultrasound диагностика;
• if necessary, an ultrasound-guided biopsy (fine-needle biopsy or core-needle biopsy).

Assessment of lesions is carried out in accordance with modern international standards using the BI-RADS scale (Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System).

The examination and treatment strategy is determined according to international NCCN guidelines (National Comprehensive Cancer Network — leading evidence-based treatment protocols for oncological diseases).

For benign lesions, minimally traumatic surgical approaches are used with the maximum possible preservation of tissues and aesthetic outcome.

Breast Oncology

Breast oncology specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant breast tumors.

The key objective is timely detection of the disease and determination of an individualized treatment strategy.

In my practice, I adhere to international NCCN protocols (National Comprehensive Cancer Network — international standards of evidence-based oncology), which ensures a modern and effective approach to patient management.

The comprehensive approach includes:

• modern ultrasound diagnostics;
• morphological verification (biopsy);
• personalized treatment planning.

The surgical strategy is selected individually:

• breast-conserving surgery — when it is oncologically safe;
• radical interventions (including mastectomy) — when indicated.

In each case, a balance is maintained between oncological effectiveness and the patient’s quality of life.

Completed an international internship at Hôpital Européen Georges-Pompidou (Paris, France, 2021), where she gained practical experience working according to European standards.

Regularly participates in international scientific conferences and professional events in European countries (Germany, the Netherlands, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, etc.), which allows her to implement modern approaches in clinical practice.
