Starting in 2026, parents can receive monthly state assistance for caring for a child until the child reaches one year of age.
The payment amount is UAH 7,000 per month per child, and UAH 10,500 for caring for a child with a disability.
The funds have a designated purpose and may be used, in particular, to pay for medical care. They can also be used at Oxford Medical medical centers in Kyiv.
Which services can be paid for
State assistance funds at Oxford Medical can be used to pay for:
- consultations with a pediatrician and pediatric specialists in narrow fields;
- laboratory tests;
- instrumental examinations;
- vaccination in accordance with the National Vaccination Schedule or an individual schedule;
- medical massage and other procedures;
- patronage programs for children under one year of age.
The list of necessary consultations, examinations, and procedures is determined taking into account the child's age and health condition.

Services under the program are available at the following Oxford Medical centers in Kyiv:
- 7A Parkovo-Syretska Street;
- 101 Yevhena Malaniuka Street;
- 8 Ivana Kramskoho Street;
- 2 Oleksandra Olesia Street.

To schedule an appointment for your child, contact the Oxford Medical contact center.
When making the appointment, inform the administrator that you plan to pay for the service using state assistance funds.
