The government provides UAH 2,000 for a comprehensive preventive health check-up designed to assess your health and help detect potential health issues at an early stage.
What is included in the Health Screening 40+ program?
The program includes:

a consultation with a general practitioner;

measurement of blood pressure, heart rate, weight, height, and other key health indicators;

a lipid profile and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) test;

assessment of the risk of cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and mental health conditions;

ECG and additional laboratory tests when medically indicated.
How to register for the Health Screening
To participate in the program, submit an application through the Diia app or a CNAP (Administrative Services Center), receive the UAH 2,000 state support payment, and once the funds have been credited, book your appointment at Oxford Medical and undergo the screening. The funds must be used within two months of being credited.
