A new service is available for patients of the Oxford Medical Kyiv clinic - the ability to make an appointment, receive test results and inform using a personal account on the website or in the mobile application.

HOW TO USE THE PATIENT'S PERSONAL ACCOUNT

  1. To register in your personal account, you need to send a valid email address to Oxford Medical Telegram or Viber messengers (only for patients at clinics in Kiev and Irpen).
  2. A message with a password will be sent to the specified address.
  3. You can get to your personal account from the clinic's website (http://oxford-med.com.ua) by clicking on the link “Personal Account” in the upper right corner of the screen.
  4. In the link that opens, enter your login (this is the email address to which you received the letter) and password from the letter.
  5. In the “Appointments” section, you can view the time and date for which you are registered.
  6. In the “Documents” section, you can view your test results.
  7. In the “Appointments” section, you can make an appointment with a doctor yourself.
  8. In the “Promotions” section, you can familiarize yourself with the current special offers of the clinic.
  9. In the “Contacts” section, you can specify the clinic's working hours, addresses and contact phone number.

All of the above functions are also available in the Oxford Medical mobile application, which can be downloaded from Google Play or the AppStore.
