On 1 December, a new full-cycle medical centre, Oxford Medical, will open in Kyiv at 7a Parkovo-Syretska Street. This modern medical facility, covering an area of more than 9,000 square metres, combines a wide range of services in a single space, providing patients with a comprehensive, technological and comfortable path to health.
The traditional model of medical care often involves numerous visits to different institutions, waiting in queues and searching for the right specialists. The new Oxford Medical centre offers a different approach: patients have access to all the necessary services within a single facility. Since the opening of the medical centre in Dorogozhychi, consultations with a therapist, paediatrician, cardiologist, dermatologist, neurologist, gastroenterologist, gynaecologist and urologist have been available, as well as laboratory diagnostics, ultrasound examinations and other instrumental methods. This allows for a complete clinical conclusion to be formed without delays between stages of examination.
By the end of the year, the medical centre will expand its capabilities with the launch of a diagnostic complex that will include modern CT and MRI scanners, mammography, X-ray, 3D/4D ultrasound and endoscopy. The equipment will be equipped with technologies to reduce radiation exposure and automatically optimise images, ensuring accurate diagnosis and detection of pathologies at early stages with maximum safety for the patient.
A surgical unit equipped to perform operations of any level of complexity will be opened in the future. The complex is integrated with the intensive care unit and diagnostic services, allowing for quick and informed decision-making. The centre plans to perform a wide range of surgical procedures: general surgery, gynaecological and urological operations, traumatology with endoprosthetics, oncological surgery, neurosurgery, cardiovascular, plastic and reconstructive operations.
The centre's inpatient departments will be organised in such a way as to ensure maximum comfort and controlled treatment for patients. Separate surgical, therapeutic, paediatric and infectious disease wards will be equipped with modern rooms and monitoring systems and will be staffed by medical personnel at all times. Particular attention has been paid to the paediatric ward, which will function as a separate protected space for the youngest patients from birth.
An important part of Oxford Medical's work is the emergency service. Medical teams travel to any area of Kyiv and its suburbs within 30-60 minutes, stabilising the patient's condition and, if necessary, organising transport to the centre. Calls can be made by telephone on 044-204-40-40 or via the official website oxford-med.com.ua.
The opening of the new Oxford Medical centre in Dorogozhychi is not only an expansion of the network, but also the introduction of a new model of medical care in Ukraine, where patients receive all the necessary services in one place, and modern technologies are used to achieve the best results.
