Rules and Terms of Use of Oxford Medical Certificates

1. General Provisions

1.1. A certificate for services of Oxford Medical is a payment document that entitles its holder to receive medical services at Oxford Medical centers in Kyiv and Irpin (LLC “Doctor Oxford,” LLC “Oxford Medical Clinic,” LLC “Endocenter,” LLC “Medical Ventera Group,” LLC “Oxford Medical Pechersk”), at the aesthetic medicine center Oxford Esthetic (LLC “Oxford Esthetic”), and at the Oxford Medical dental network in Kyiv (LLC “Oxford Medical Clinic,” LLC “Medical Ventera Group”), in the amount indicated on the certificate or equivalent to the specified service.

1.2. This gift certificate is a payment document corresponding to the balance of a separate account prepaid in UAH for services of a specific Oxford Medical center.

1.3. The nominal value of the certificate indicates the amount the holder may use to order services at Oxford Medical clinics in Kyiv and Irpin, as well as at the Oxford Esthetic center and Oxford Medical dental network in Kyiv.

2. Certificate Format

2.1. The certificate is a physical card available for purchase at Oxford Medical centers in Kyiv and Irpin, the Oxford Esthetic center in Kyiv, and Oxford Medical dental clinics in Kyiv, in the amount indicated on the certificate or equivalent to the specified service.

3. Certificate Values

3.1. Standard values: 1,000; 2,000; 5,000 UAH; 10,000; 20,000; 50,000 UAH.
3.2. A certificate for an individual amount (from 50,000 UAH) can also be ordered.

4. Validity

4.1. The certificate becomes valid from the moment of the holder’s registration in the Oxford Medical system or from its first use (activation of the first service).
4.2. The validity period of the certificate is one year from the moment specified in clause 4.1.
4.3. The validity period is clearly stated in the rules and terms available at oxford-med.com.ua and by phone (044) 204-40-40.

5. Terms of Use

5.1. Validity: the certificate can be used to pay for any medical, dental, or aesthetic services provided at Oxford Medical centers in Kyiv and Irpin, as well as at Oxford Esthetic and Oxford Medical dental clinics in Kyiv.

5.2. Activation and use: registration and ordering of services is carried out with the plastic certificate card bearing a unique number or by providing the unique number if booking through the call center or website.

5.3. Promotions: the certificate applies to special offers and discounts at Oxford Medical in Kyiv and Irpin, including cosmetology and dentistry services.

5.4. Partial use: if the cost of services is less than the certificate value, the balance remains valid until the certificate’s expiration.

5.5. Additional payment: if the cost of services exceeds the certificate value, the holder pays the difference.

5.6. Transfer: if the registered holder wishes to transfer the remaining balance to another person, they may physically hand over the certificate card. The new user, upon confirmation by the original holder, may register and use the balance under the same terms.

5.7. Restrictions:

  • Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Certificates are non-refundable after purchase.

  • Payments for services rendered under the certificate are non-refundable.

6. Purchase Procedure

6.1. Offline: available for purchase at any Oxford Medical center in Kyiv and Irpin, at Oxford Esthetic in Kyiv, and Oxford Medical dental clinics in Kyiv.

6.2. Online: remotely via EasyPay system with delivery by Nova Poshta. Delivery and service fees are covered by the recipient. Shipments are managed by the Oxford Medical marketing department.

7. Loss or Damage

7.1. Physical certificates cannot be reissued in case of loss or damage.

8. Additional Conditions

8.1. One certificate can be used for multiple services or visits.
8.2. Certificates may be used for promotional services within the validity period.
8.3. After expiration, unused funds are non-refundable.
