Military ID with a mobilization mark.

Officer’s ID or certificate of participation in ATO.

Certificate of disability due to war or combatant status.

Documents confirming family ties (birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc.).
* Each patient from the defined categories has the right to one free initial consultation only in one area of outpatient care at Oxford Medical (Kyiv and Irpin). This free consultation is provided once and applies to the first visit to the Oxford Medical network (Kyiv and Irpin).
