Before your «Health Screening 40+» visit, please make sure that the following requirements are met:

  • By the time of your visit, the funds under the «Health Screening 40+» program have already been credited to your Diia.Card;
  • Your Diia.Card has been added to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet;
  • Contactless payment is enabled and working on your smartphone;
  • If your phone does not support NFC, you have a physical Diia.Card.

How to get a Diia.Card?

You can get a Diia.Card online in the Diia app within a few minutes or through the app of a partner bank (PrivatBank, monobank, Bank Credit Dnipro, Sense Bank, or A-Bank).

  1. Update the Diia app and sign in.
  2. Go to «Services» → «Diia.Card».
  3. Select a bank and provide your consent.
  4. Open an account.

If you already have a Diia.Card, you do not need to open a new one — you can select your existing card to receive funds under the «Health Screening 40+» program.

After submitting your application, the funds for the screening are credited to your Diia.Card within 7 days.

How to add your Diia.Card to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet

How to add your Diia.Card on Android — to Google Wallet

  1. Open the app of the bank where your Diia.Card was issued.
  2. Select your Diia.Card.
  3. Tap «Add to Google Pay» / «Add to Google Wallet».
  4. Confirm that you want to add the card and follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. Make sure NFC is enabled on your phone for contactless payments.

If your banking app does not have the relevant button, open Google Wallet → «Add to Wallet» → «Payment card» and follow the on-screen instructions.

How to add your Diia.Card on iPhone — to Apple Wallet

  1. Open the app of the bank where your Diia.Card was issued.
  2. Select your Diia.Card.
  3. Tap «Add to Apple Wallet» / «Add to Apple Pay».
  4. Confirm that you want to add the card and follow the on-screen instructions.

You can also add the card through the Wallet app on your iPhone: tap «+» → «Debit or Credit Card» and follow the instructions.

If your phone does not support NFC

If your smartphone does not support contactless payment, you can use a physical Diia.Card linked to a special-purpose account to participate in the program. In this case, you should arrange or order the physical card in advance from a bank that provides this service.
