Sick leave

If you cannot go to work, because you or your child has fallen ill, that means that you need to obtain a sick leave, confirming that your absence from work is due to the illness. Previously, such document was issued by state policlinics, but now it can also be obtained in private health care institutions.

The sick leave (sick list) is the document, which proves that you did not go to work for a good reason, related to the health condition. It is extremely undesirable to come through some diseases, including the widespread tonsillitis, “on the legs”, they require observing the bed regime.

The inobservance of this rule is fraught with appearance of complications, dangerous for health, and some of them can cause disability. For example, almost 90% of cases of the pneumonia are caused by the cold, which was not adequately treated.
