Removal of melanoma is performed at all stages. When diagnosed at 1-2, when the depth of tumor penetration is slightly more than 1 mm, a biopsy of regional lymph nodes is performed. In the absence of metastases, a local operation is performed. If cancer cells are found in the lymph nodes, they are also removed.
