Keeping your maternity record.

All necessary medical records (outpatient card, prenatal card, medical certificates, and abstracts of outpatient medical record) are maintained and issued in the medical center.

At the regular visits to the gynecologist during pregnancy, the doctor comprehensively controls health, performing a standard examination of the pregnant woman, including:

• measurement of blood pressure, pulse (frequency and rhythm) and body temperature;
• common urine test;
• quick test for presence of protein;
• examination of lower extremities (from 25^th -26^th week of pregnancy);
• auscultation of the fetal heart (from 25^th -26^th week of pregnancy);

During each visit, the doctor mandatorily provides the patient with detailed information on the results of performed examinations; the data, entered into the health journal of a pregnant woman, are discussed, paying special attention to possible grave symptoms.

MAIN EXAMINATIONS

Clinical blood test, clinical urine test, biochemical blood test, blood group and rhesus blood factor test; Hemostasis testing, blood test for infections; polymerase chain reaction; double (PRISCA I) and triple (PRISCA II) tests for genetic abnormalities of the fetus; flora swab test, cell smear test, colposcopy.
